This is a very rare totally original M1916 holster, made by Walsh Harness Co., of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in very nice condition. It is marked WALSH 45 on the back, and embossed U S on the flap, indicating that this was a military issue holster. Walsh is a very rare maker, as they only manufactured 25,000 holsters during WWII. The leather is very dark brown. No major damage to the leather, all stitches still intact,
